What to include in a plumbing request
- City, property type, equipment and model if known.
- What is happening, when it started, whether it is leaking now, preferred date and access.
- Whether materials are needed, who buys them and how completion is documented.
How to compare call-out costs
Ask for call-out, minimum charge, labour, travel, materials and any evening or weekend surcharge separately. Check when billing starts and how additional work is approved.
