Tool data and privacy
How inputs, downloaded drafts and external links work.
Information entered in tools
Calculators, planners and templates process your input on this page. Our tool code does not send it to companies or an enquiry database, or save it in browser storage. Reloading can discard your input.
Downloaded files
A JSON draft contains form fields and completion ticks. It is stored where you download it. Do not share files containing information you want to keep private. Import is intended for files made by this tool.
External services
An external link opens another organisation’s site with its own data rules. A link does not imply a partnership. The hosting platform handles access and technical requests; this text describes our tools, not all platform processes.
When enquiry delivery launches
Before collecting contact details, we will identify the controller, recipients, purposes and processing terms. The site currently does not send requests to providers or accept payments.
Email enquiries
If you email arthurkott@gmail.com, your address, message and attachments are received in the Verti team’s Gmail inbox. Send only information needed to answer your enquiry. Do not send identity documents or payment details. Contact the same address about your data.
Verti pilot requests
Your request, contact and selected recipients are stored in your account. After review, details are accessible to the Verti team and only selected participating companies in their inboxes. No emails are sent. Requests without recipients are visible only to you and the team. You see company quotes; each company sees only its own quote. You can withdraw the request and erase its contents from Verti. This does not erase copies previously saved by recipients. IDs, dates and stages without text or contacts are retained for operational reporting. Advertising enquiries are visible to you and the team.
Messages are stored with the request. Each company sees only its own conversation; the Verti team can access messages to process the request. Internal notes are administrator-only. Notifications contain no message text. Withdrawing a request deletes its messages, notes and notifications. The administrator can manually download a backup of the database and files; previously downloaded copies are not deleted automatically.
Partner referrals
The referral section stores the source, job, selected provider, customer contact with recorded consent, status history and internal commission records. These records are accessible only to your account. Downloading a brief does not send it to a provider. You can download or delete the full record in this section; downloaded copies must be deleted separately.
Verti questions and answers
After review, the display name, text, topic, city and language are visible to site readers. Account email is not published. Company affiliation is shown for confirmed profiles. Authors may withdraw a post: its text is removed while ID, status and dates are retained to prevent abuse. Withdrawing a question hides its discussion from readers; answer authors retain access to their own texts. A request draft is prepared only when you choose and is not sent to companies automatically.
Workspace and private materials
After sign-in, company profiles, internal work notes, advertising and review drafts, and uploaded photo pairs are stored. They belong to your account and are not automatically published. You can export your records and delete them in their sections. Records are retained until deleted; photos are removed with their record.
The apartment report differs from the gallery: its photos stay on your device and appear only in the downloaded PDF. Do not enter customer addresses, contact details or other personal data in work notes.
Public reviews and evidence
Reviews from the dedicated form are published only after verification. The public name, rating, text and date are visible to readers; order evidence is accessible only to the moderator. You can withdraw your review and delete its evidence on the submission page. Moderation decisions and the duplicate-prevention record are retained. Complaints are private and resolved through moderation.
Certification documents
Documents are accessible only to the submitting account and moderator. The owner may withdraw the package and delete its files on the submission page; the linked certificate becomes inactive. Status, dates, stated work and decision history are retained after deletion. Certificate verification shows only the check date, admission expiry and reviewed service scope, not the documents.
Quotes and invoices on your device
The editor does not send details or logos to the server until you choose Save to account. That button stores the document, internal costs and next task in your account, accessible only to you until deletion. Save-on-device buttons store separate copies in this browser. Account deletion does not remove local copies. On shared devices, download a file instead. JSON and PDF files contain the details you enter; store them securely. Removing a customer from the list does not remove their details from saved documents.
Request agreements and photos
After a company is selected, versions of terms, dates, decisions, photos and issues are visible to the customer, the selected company with a verified representative and the administrator. Other recipients cannot see these materials. Uploaders can delete their own photos; customers can withdraw a request and erase its content and photos. Previously downloaded copies must be deleted separately. Printed records include agreement history and photos.
