- Where does paid travel start, and is the return trip included?
- How are kilometres, waiting and extra stops charged?
- Is delivery on another day or temporary storage possible?
- Who receives the load if you travel separately?
Compare two scenarios
Renting a van and arranging loading yourself differs from a full moving service in more than price. Include trips, fuel, helpers’ time and vehicle return terms. Confirm that one-way rental is available before planning around it.
Receiving your belongings
Keep an inventory and photos of large items’ condition. During unloading, check destinations by room and record any issues using the agreed process.
